FREE DELIVERY

Applies to orders over $250*. There is a $9 freight charge for North Island orders under $250, and a $12 freight charge for South Island customers with orders under $250.

*excludes oversized items, like skateboard. 

DELIVERY METHOD

All orders are sent using a tracked parcel. For a hassle-free & quick delivery, please provide a suitable address and location for the parcel to be delivered to.

If all items in your order are unavailable to be dispatched immediately, you may receive your order in several packages.

TIME FRAME

We will do everything possible to get your order out as quickly as possible. Please allow 2-4 working days for delivery (3-5 for rural areas) from when the order has been processed and payment has cleared. Please note your order will not be processed or delivered over the weekend or public holidays. See our Terms and Conditions for more.

TRACKING

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link. You will also receive a shipping confirmation email for each parcel on its way to you—depending on immediate availability, you may have multiple parcels coming as we dispatch.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We currently only ship to Australia at a standard flat rate. Free Shipping options do not currently apply to Australia. 

RETURN FREIGHT

Return freight charges are not covered by Morrissey’s; however, there are no additional charges on replacement items over $70.

OVERSIZE ITEMS

Some oversized items cannot be sent with our normal courier service and will not qualify for free shipping. There may be a charge for these items, so please contact us to confirm shipping before purchasing.
